Clemco specializes in manual hand cabinets and engineered semi-automated and fully-automated blast cabinets used by manufacturers, foundries, machine shops, automotive shops, and plant maintenance shops for cleaning, peening, deburring, deflashing, etching, and finishing. BNP cabinets set the standard for consistent blast finishes from one part to the next in both intermittent and round-the-clock production environments. This series of cabinets are available in a wide variety of sizes, in both suction and pressure, for use with all abrasive types and sizes.
For tough cleaning jobs and/or larger workpieces, pressure-style blasters push larger volumes of blast media at a higher velocity for greater impact intensity compared to suction blasting and can increase your production rate by as much as 300 percent. Suction cabinets can have capital cost and maintenance advantages and sometimes require less compressed air.

Suction guns produce a consistent, forgiving blast pattern. BNP suction cabinets are typically found in manufacturers producing parts for medical applications, firearms, 3D, and defense-related industries.
