Burrall Corporation, our full service Fortune Metal job shop, is ready to help with all your surface preparation needs prior to final finish.

Our services include:

AIRBLASTING -
glass bead, aluminum oxide, plastic and other abrasives using modern ZERO blast cabinets to accomodate parts of varying size.

VIBRATORY FINISHING -
Eight Vibratroy Finishing mills on line from 1.2 to 20 cubic ft. capacity.

HIGH ENERGY DISC FINISHING -
Centrifugal disc finishing using state-of-the-art equipment. Smooth, quiet centrifugal action provides desired finishes up to 15 times faster while reducing the opportunity for part on part impingement.

BARRELL FINISHING -
Rotary barrels allow for achieving a variety of surface finishes in large or small lot sizes.

PROCESS DEVELOPMENT LAB -
We will select the right combination of medias and chemical solvents and develop the best process for deburring, deflashing or general surface improvement on your parts. Precise finishes are assured and measured by profilometer. Difficult contours and complex shapes are our speciality.
