BELT CONVEYORS/WASHERS
Continuous feed conveyor belt washers are used in automated processes where parts from one process are automatically moved to another process. A variety of wash, rinse, and dry stages can be specified. They are typically 14” – 48” wide in a canopy style or with hinged tops and doors. Back to Top

DRUM WASHERS
Drum washers are designed for batch processing of small work pieces such as screw-machine parts, fasteners, small die castings and stampings. The rotary drum tumbles the work pieces so that all surfaces are exposed to the spray-cleaning jets. No baskets or fixtures are required. Parts are fed into the drum manually or from a conveyor and feed out of the drum after washing. They are available with both spray and immersion options. Back to Top

TURNTABLE WASHERS
These “workhorse” washers are available with swing-out turntables and vertical or roll-in doors. They are for batch or single piece cleaning. Turntable style washers come in many varieties from compact portables to heavy duty models with up to 15’ turntables. CELL WASHERS
The LiftKleen cell washer from Graymills shown here is one of the best small parts immersion cleaners around…and only one of many excellent washers designed for specific jobs and processes.  

CE-2000 and CE-3000 series compact washers from Better Engineering are innovative and proven washers.  These units are powerful and use minimal floor space. Standard features include oil skimming, water level controls, digital temp read-out, and roll-away doors. The Roll-away door saves floor space, does not require room to swing open and allows access through the top on the washer should the work piece tip and jam the door.  Back to Top

ULTRASONIC TANKS & GENERATORS
Sonicor™ Generator – Tank and immersion systems are available in many sizes from ¼ gallon to 44 gallons, in tabletop or floor styles. Timer and heater options are available. Smaller table top units are ideal for cleaning small, intricate parts such as dental or surgical equipment, jewelry, electronic parts or engine parts such as fuel injector nozzles.  Larger, multi stage cleaning lines with full automation are also available for heavy industrial type applications. VAPOR DEGREASORS
For certain parts that cannot be cleaned adequately with aqueous washing, a good alternative is the Vapor Degreaser. High volumes of small parts that are oily or heavily soiled cannot be effectively washed or dried in an aqueous process due to the difficulty of circulating water and air through a mass of parts. Failure to dry adequately results in water spotting and oxidation. Recent improvements in solvents along with new technology to address environmental concerns  have again made vapor degreasing a feasible alternative. Back to Top
