SPRAY IMMERSION WASHERS
Spray Immersion (SI) washers clean by rotating parts in baskets in a turbulent environment created by combining power spraying with immersion. They are ideal for hard to clean parts with complex shapes and configurations. Two or four basket set-ups are available with a variety of wash, rinse, and dry stages to choose from. BELT/CONVEYOR WASHERS
Continuous feed conveyor belt washers are for use in automated processes where parts from one process are automatically moved to another process. DRUM WASHERS
Drum washers are designed for batch processing of small work pieces such as screw-machine parts, fasteners, small die castings and stampings. The rotary drum tumbles the work pieces so that all surfaces are exposed to the spray-cleaning jets. No baskets or fixtures are required. Parts are fed into the drum manually or from a conveyor and feed out of the drum after washing. Back to Top

TURNTABLE WASHERS
These are heavy-duty “workhorse” washers with swing-out turntables for batch or single piece cleaning. Turntables are available in diameters of 28” to 148” and capacities of 1,000 lbs. to 20,000 lbs. Multiple stages (wash, rinse, dry etc with electric, steam or gas heating0 can be specified. Compact cellular Turntable machines such as are also available. These are designed for operation in a lean manufacturing (cell) environment where productivity can be improved by decentralizing cleaning operations. Turntables are available in sizes of 28”, 42” and 62” and load capacities of 500 lbs., 1,000 lbs., or 2,000 lbs. SIGMACLEAN (CELL) WASHERS
Because of their small footprint, compact design and attractive prices, these washers are particularly well suited to lean manufacturing cells. They are available in three versions – spray immersion using two baskets (“Agi-Spray); in-line belt conveyor (“Conveyor”) and turntable (“Rotary”) using three rotating planetary turntables for parts up to 12” in diameter or width and up to 40 lbs. ULTRASONIC TANKS & SYSTEMS
Generator tank and immersion systems are available in many sizes from 1/4 gallon to 44 gallons, in tabletop or floor styles. Timer and heater options are available. Smaller table top units are ideal for cleaning small, intricate parts such as dental or surgical equipment, jewelry, electronic parts or engine parts such as fuel injector nozzles.  Larger, multi stage cleaning lines with full automation are also available for heavy industrial type applications. VAPOR DEGREASORS
For certain parts that cannot be cleaned adequately with aqueous washing, a good alternative is the Vapor Degreaser. High volumes of small parts that are oily or heavily soiled cannot be effectively washed or dried in an aqueous process due to the difficulty of circulating water and air through a mass of parts. Failure to dry adequately results in water spotting and oxidation. Recent improvements in solvents along with new technology to address environmental concerns  have again made vapor degreasing a feasible alternative. Back to Top
