Gemini and Extended Range (ER) Series. Industrial strength vibratory bowls from 1 to 100 cubic ft. capacity. Straight and Curved wall with parts / media separation and optional loading and unloading.

VIBRATORY TUBS
Tub type vibratory machines are used when part length or size prevents use of a round bowl machine or where more aggressive media action is required to improve finish or cycle times. Tubs can also be easily incorporated into continuous batch processes where parts move through the vibratory machine and into another process such as washing.

HIGH ENERGY DISC & BARREL
High speed, high energy Disc finishing is up to 15 times faster than vibratory bowls due to much higher gravitational forces pressing media against the parts. Ideal for parts in the medium size ranges. Centrifugal barrels rotate on a turret at high speed resulting in a smooth sliding action of media against parts with no part on part impingement. Typical cycle times are in the 15-minute range.

These machines are particularly useful for reducing long process times that are common with vibratory finishing. They require less floor space, can accommodate a wide variety of part shapes and sizes and can be used with wet or dry processing. Back to Top

COMBOS / MULTI-PASS
By using multiple channels within the bowl, ER and Long Radius Combo machines can combine several different processes in one machine including cleaning, ball burnishing, deburring, de-flashing, washing and drying. The Multi-Pass system permits combinations of processes in the same cycle. Back to Top

DRY FINISHING

WASTE WATER TREATMENT
Roto-Fuge and Roto-Cycle II provide affordable wastewater solutions for low volume generators. These machines can easily be incorporated into finishing and cleaning operations.
